Pricing that makes sense
I have a passion for the work that I do. I work on many projects throughout the year and I can be quite choosy about what I work on due to various time commitments and what projects excite me. The pricing below is an example, get in touch for a quote.
Photography Services
Small Event (1 to 2 hours)
A smaller event for me could be a local event where between 20-60 professional pictures are required. This could include the opening of a venue, engagements, birthdays, corporate staff shoots, bridal showers, or baby showers. Video coverage is also available at a separate price, all on location.
The quote will always include photo preparation and post-event editing to ensure the highest quality results.
£150+
Medium Events (2-4 hours)
I'd expect to take around 200-300 photos during this time, covering various events such as product launches, graduations, charity events, workshops and galas, nightclub events, and sports. Video coverage is also available and would be quoted separately. All photos and videos are shot on location.
The quote provided will also include photo preparation and post-event editing to ensure the highest quality results.
£300+
Large Events (Full Day)
I'd be expected to cover an event from start to finish, typically between 8-10 hours. I anticipate capturing around 500 photos, depending on the event. This would cover corporate events, weddings, conferences, festivals, and large parties. Video coverage can also be arranged and would be quoted separately. All photos and videos are shot on location.
The quote provided will include photo preparation and post-event editing to ensure the highest quality results.

Initial Contact
The first questions I’ll ask will be the date and location of your event, followed by the type of event you're hosting. I'll primarily be listening to understand what you want to achieve with the photography, as my goal is to ensure that I’m a good fit for your project.

Scope of the Project
Once I understand what and I know that I am available and I have the right equipment to hand; I'd want to work out any creative expectations that you have, or if there was any additional services that I could offer such as a Video. I'd then be able to create an equipment list.

Quouted
Once I grasp the details of your project, I can provide a quote. I've never had to adjust my quotes, as my primary goal is to add value wherever possible. This is why the initial stages of enquiry are crucial. I usually work alone on many of my projects though I'd be happy to work in a team.

The day before
The day/s before the event I'll be in touch just to confirm everything is going ahead as planned. I'll confirm my arrival time and check over the details as initially discussed and the quote provided to ensure I am prepared to deliver.
